Shuffle Master—High Five Poker®
High Five Poker® features head-to-head play against the dealer and an optional bonus bet, with a goal of the best possible five-card hand. It is played with one joker that is semi-wild, used as an Ace or to complete a straight, flush, straight flush or royal flush. Players make the Ante bet to compete against the dealer and the optional Trips bet to compete against the paytable. Players may fold, losing their Ante, or may make a Play bet equal to their Ante. However, if a player who made the Trips bet folds with a three of a kind or better, he wins the Trips bet regardless of folding his base hand. If the dealer qualifies, with a pair of 6s or better, he compares his hand to each player’s. If a player beats the dealer, his Ante and Play bets win 1 to 1. If the player loses, his Ante and Play bets lose. Ties push. If the dealer doesn’t qualify, each player’s Play bet pushes and his Ante wins to 1 to 1. If a player’s hand contains a straight or better, the dealer automatically qualifies against him. The Trips bet wins if a player has three of a kind or better. It wins even if the player folds or loses to the dealer. The Trips bet loses if a player has less than three of a kind. For more information, visit www.shufflemaster.com.
