Palace Station Las Vegas Review

Palace Station is a Station Casinos property. It opened on July 1, 1976. It is a locals casino that has also generated a decent following among tourists that like its games over ones offered across the highway on the Las Vegas Strip. It is an inexpensive alternative to staying in the resort corridor.
The hotel is massive for one away from the Las Vegas Strip. It offers 1,028 rooms to guests. Its casino floor is 86,000 square feet.

Casino at Palace Station

The casino floor at Palace Station is huge for a locals joint. It spreads everything that a Las Vegas Strip casino offers and more. Palace Station spreads a large sports book, an eight table poker room, over 1,000 slots and dozens of table games. It even has an old school live keno lounge.
Palace Station spreads some of the best video poker machines in Las Vegas. There are more than 20 machines that pay more than 100% back when playing perfect strategy and five coins. There are also many unique older titles that can be found in few casinos in the city.
Palace Station uses the Station Casinos Boarding Pass Program. This does not offer and special point multipliers or really anything else special beyond special parking privileges for higher tiers. Active players receive free slot play and food vouchers. This is based on the amount of play, not the Boarding Pass tier.
There are 40 table games at Palace Station. Almost half of these games are in the table games pit. There are 15 baccarat and 3 Pai Gow Poker tables. The baccarat tables offer several side bets, including the Panda 8 and Dragon 7. Some games are EZ Baccarat meaning that the dealer pushes on a three-card 7. The Pai Gow tables network with the Station Casinos citywide jackpot that pays on a seven card straight flush. The joker may be used in the jackpot hand.
There are three $5-$2,000 craps tables with 10 times odds. There are three double zero roulette tables with a $5 minimum bet.
All of the remaining tables are blackjack. There is one 6-5 single deck blackjack game. There are four $5-$1,000 six-deck shoe games where players may double on any two cards, double after splitting, resplit aces and surrender.
The remaining games are $5-$1,000 double deck blackjack tables. Players may double down on any two cards, double down after splitting and resplit aces in this game. All blackjack games at Palace Station hit a soft 17.
